PLACING AN ORDER Please   note   the   minimum   order   value   is   £10.00   plus   post   and packing. Please   send   an   email   to   orders@withitwitch.co.uk   giving   details of   items   and   quantities   required.      We   will   respond   with   stock availability   via   email,   or   by   telephone   if   you   prefer,   and   then   on confirmation    of    order    we    will    send    through    a    Paypal    Invoice (details will be provided). Where   items   are   in   stock   they   will   be   posted   out   on   the   next available   posting   day,   where   items   are   currently   out   of   stock   or are   pre-ordered,   we   endeavour   to   deliver   within   21   days.      Please note,   payment   will   not   be   taken   until   the   order   is   ready   to   be despatched. All   prices   include   VAT   (EU)   and   we   reserve   the   right   to   increase prices if the standard VAT rate should increase. The   time   taken   for   delivery   after   we   send   your   parcel   is   in   the hands   of   Royal   Mail   or   Hermes.   Most   UK   parcels   are   sent   Second Class   and   should   get   to   you   within   three   days   after   we   post   it.   But larger   UK   parcels   may   be   sent   by   Standard   Parcel   Post   and   has   a 3 to 5 working day delivery time after we have posted it. PAYMENT METHODS We   accept   payment   via   Bank   Transfer   and   most   credit/debit cards. POSTAGE CHARGES All   packages   unless   specifically   requested,   will   be   sent   out   via Second    Class    Post    or    Hermes,    and    for    heavier    packages    via Standard   Parcel   Post.      Postage   charged   will   be   the   actual   cost of   posting   plus   20p   to   cover   packaging.      Should   you   wish   to have   your   parcel   sent   through   Royal   Mail   First   Class   Post,   please advise when ordering.
