TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prices   of   items   on   the   website   are   subject   to   change.   Full   payment,   including   P&P,   is   required   with   all   orders.   All   prices   are   in   UK Pounds   and   include   VAT   (EU).   All   orders   must   be   made   by   Telephone   or   Email.   Please   do   not   put   card   details   on   any   emails, however   please   state   a   convenient   time   of   day   when   it   is   possible   for   us   to   ring   you   to   take   your   card   details   unless   you   would   prefer to pay via Paypal. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Whilst   Withit   Witch   strives   to   provide   accurate   information   on   this   website,   it   assumes   no   responsibility   for   accuracy.   All   images   and yarn   details   are   intended   as   a   guide   only.      These   terms   and   conditions   may   be   amended   at   any   time   without   prior   notice   by   us. DELIVERY PROBLEMS Claims   for   non-delivery   cannot   be   accepted   unless   we   are   notified   within   30   days   of   the   'parcel   sent'   date.   We   are   then   in   the   hands of   the   Royal   Mail   Lost   Parcel   System   -   please   check   out   the   Royal   Mail   website   for   more   information   on   this.   We   cannot   be   held responsible   for   items   damaged   in   the   post.   Most   items   are   sent   by   Royal   Mail   -   there   is   a   claim   form   for   damaged   goods   on   their website. If   the   parcel   is   returned   to   us   as   'non-deliverable'   we   will   charge   postage   at   cost   to   us   to   re-send   the   parcel.   Please   check   at   your local   Royal   Mail   sorting   office   if   your   order   is   more   than   a   few   days   late.   Undeliverable   parcels   are   usually   held   there   for   a   couple   of weeks   before   sending   back   to   us.   Royal   Mail   should   leave   a   card   if   they   try   to   deliver   while   you   are   out   but   do   not   rely   on   this.   We   will email you to say your parcel has been sent so please keep an eye out for it. Please note your delivery address MUST be the same as the registered address for your payment card. CANCELLATION POLICY & RETURNS PROCEDURE The   Internet   Distance   Selling   rules   allow   you   a   cooling   off   period.   This   means   you   have   the   right   to   cancel   your   whole   order   within   7 working   days   from   the   day   after   you   receive   the   goods   without   giving   a   reason.   You   must   email   us   at   enquiry@withitwitch.co.uk before   you   send   the   parcel   back   and   we   will   email   back   a   returns   number.   No   returns   can   be   accepted   without   prior   contact   and   a returns number. All   goods   must   then   be   returned   to   us   unused   in   the   original   packaging   and   in   a   saleable   condition,   along   with   the   returns   number and   invoice,   so   that   we   will   receive   it   within   14   days   of   the   date   of   your   receipt,   using   a   recorded   delivery   service,   at   your   own   cost. This   is   for   your   own   protection   as   we   cannot   be   held   responsible   for   goods   that   don't   arrive.   Orders   where   goods   are   received   back later   than   14   days   of   receipt   or   without   previously   contacting   Withit   Witch   to   obtain   a   returns   number,   will   be   charged   a   15% (minimum   £1.25)   restocking   fee.      A   refund   of   goods   will   be   made   within   28   days   of   Withit   Witch   receiving   the   goods   back   in   a suitable   condition   for   reselling,   assuming   the   above   conditions   have   been   followed.   Please   note   there   will   be   no   refund   for   postage and   packing   charges.      Special   Offers,   Discontinued   Lines,   End   of   Line,   Pre-orders,   Special   Orders,   Books   and   Pattern   Leaflets   are   non- returnable under any circumstances. The cooling off period does not apply to traders or if you are re-selling the goods. Withit   Witch   takes   the   utmost   care   in   ensuring   you   get   what   you   order.   If   however   any   items   received   are   not   what   was   ordered   or are faulty, you must notify us by emailing enquiry@withitwitch.co.uk or telephoning 0121 550 0201 within 7 days of receipt.
